Delete your data

1. 1Log in at app.dmthelink.com.
2. 2Open Settings.
3. 3Choose Delete account and confirm.

We don't delete accounts by email, because an email can't prove that the account is yours.

Brands delete their account on the Account page at brand.dmthelink.com.

• Your request waits 7 days. If you have Pro, it stops renewing.
• Changed your mind? Undo it in Settings any time in those 7 days.
• After 7 days we delete everything:

• Your account, your name, email and logins
• Connected Instagram account and Facebook Page, and their access tokens
• Automations and message logs (comments seen, DMs sent)
• Files you uploaded
• Your creator page and every drop
• Collab chats with brands
• Saved stats and Instagram stats history

Links in DMs you already sent then show a not found page. Message logs are deleted after 90 days anyway. See the privacy policy for details.

When you remove our app in your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta tells us. We open a deletion request with the same 7-day wait and give Meta a link to this page with a confirmation code.

Then we delete what came from Meta: the connection and its access token, the profile we copied, the stats history and the comment logs. Automations on that account pause. Your DmTheLink account, page and files stay, and you can delete them in Settings.
