Terms of service

DmTheLink, run by CodeShant Technologies (UDYAM-BR-26-0188408), sends a DM with your link when someone comments on your Instagram or Facebook posts, and hosts drops (the page a DM link opens), files and a creator page for you. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free costs nothing. Pro is paid per DmTheLink account per month; the current prices are on the Pricing page. Prices include tax. The price you see is the price you pay.

Pro is billed monthly in advance, through Razorpay in India and Stripe everywhere else. You can cancel any time in Plan and billing; Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails, Pro stays on for 7 more days, then your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted when Pro ends: extra link buttons and bio text are hidden, files stay downloadable, and new uploads wait until you are under the Free limit.

Your messages, pages and files are yours, and so is the responsibility for them. You may not use DmTheLink for:

• Spam, or DMs to people who did not ask for them.
• Scams, phishing, or pages that pretend to be someone else.
• Malware, viruses or any harmful file.
• Content you have no right to share, such as someone else's copyrighted work.
• Anything illegal, hateful or harassing.

Anyone can report a drop or a creator page, and creators can report a collab chat. A person checks every report; nothing is removed automatically.

We may remove a page or a file, pause your automations, or block your account for a set time if you break these rules. When we can, we tell you why.

A brand account is free. It lets a brand write to creators who show Work with me on their page. A creator can close a chat or block a brand at any time.

A deal a brand and a creator agree on is between them. DmTheLink is not a party to it and does not guarantee that either side keeps it.

Everything DmTheLink sends goes out through Instagram and Messenger, so Meta's terms, community guidelines and platform rules apply to it. Meta allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment. If Meta changes or limits what its platform allows, the service may change with it.

You keep ownership of your messages, files and pages. You give us the limited licence we need to store them, show them and send them, only to run the service for you.

We work to keep DmTheLink running, but we do not promise a set uptime. The service depends on Meta, payment providers and our hosting, which we do not control. We are not liable when they fail.

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for intent, gross negligence, injury, or your rights as a consumer.

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. The deletion waits 7 days so you can undo it, then everything is deleted, see Data deletion. We may end or suspend the service if you break these terms or do not pay.

Your contract is with CodeShant Technologies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there decide disputes.

This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live, and it does not move our processing of personal data outside the GDPR. For business customers, our data processing agreement is part of these terms.

We may update these terms. If you keep using DmTheLink after a change, the new terms apply. Questions: [email protected].
